Beyonce and Nicki Minaj took
the stage to perform their song “Feeling Myself,” complete with their
own teams of dancers. Minaj, 32, started off the racy tune in a black
bodysuit with lacy tights. Her dancers wore black crop tops with
matching bottoms and boots.
Then
Queen Bey, 34, entered wearing a pastel pink bodysuit with a high
ponytail, reminiscent of her 2015 Met Gala look. The ladies swiveled
their hips and played around the stage, with Beyonce getting on her
knees at one point and whipping her ponytail around.
At
the end of the song, the music superstars stood face-to-face, getting
closer and closer before breaking out into laughter and hugging.
“Make some noise for the motherf—king Queen Bey,” Minaj shouted, to which Beyonce replied, “Make some noise for Nicki!”
Beyonce returned to the stage later in the evening to sing Justin Timberlake’s part of “Holy Grail” alongside her husband, Jay Z. Other celebrity performances included the social justice anthem “Chains” by Usher and Nas and cameos from French Montana, Rick Ross, and DJ Khaled.
